This Security and Privacy Statement applies to this website under the domain name "www.ticashowbiz.com" ("TSB website").  TSB understands and appreciates that you, as a TSB website visitor, are concerned about your privacy and about the confidentiality and security of information we may gain about you online.  TSB is committed to protecting your privacy.

Information Collected

Personal identification information (i.e., name, address, phone number and e-mail address) is collected as knowingly provided by you. It is collected only for the purpose of entering a TICA Show.  

TSB does not utilize Cookies of any kind.  TSB does not utilize ActiveX controls.  All data collected by this site is collected only if specifically and knowingly provided by the user.  All data is protected behind firewalls and, when necessary, is password protected.    

Many Web sites allow you to use online forms.   Please remember that many of these forms are sent via email and may not be secure against interception across the Internet.  They may also remain as a permanent, retrievable record with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).   TSB does not use email to process its online forms.

TSB does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to outside marketers.  Information collected via TSB may be shared with employees, contractors, and other service providers as necessary to respond to a request, provide a service, or as otherwise authorized by law.   TSB will never send you an email asking for your id and password or any other personal information.

TSB takes the security of all personally identifiable information we maintain very seriously.  We implement various measures to protect the security and confidentiality of personally identifiable information.  Such measures include access controls designed to limit access to personally identifiable information to the extent necessary to accomplish our mission.

TSB Security Levels

TSB employs three levels of security.   Exhibitors are granted individual access rights and only have access to their own data.    Entry Clerks have fiduciary responsibilities and, in order to perform their job, they are granted access rights to all information regarding the show for which they are responsible.   Only the TSB administrator is granted access to TSB in its entirety.

Internet Service Provider used by TSB

The ISP for TSB states the following:

“Our website uses computer systems, software programs, and other methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload, add, modify or otherwise damage its information or systems. “

“Any unauthorized attempts to upload, add, modify or otherwise damage any information or systems are strictly prohibited and are punishable by Federal laws and regulations. Persons using this website expressly consent to this monitoring. Should this monitoring reveal evidence of possible abuse or criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to law enforcement officials for prosecution.”
